Joint Pain (Shoulder, Knee, Hip, etc.)

Joint pain refers to discomfort, stiffness, or inflammation in any of the body’s joints, most commonly affecting areas like the shoulders, knees, hips, elbows, and ankles. It can range from mild irritation to severe pain that limits movement and daily activities. Joint pain may occur due to injury, overuse, aging, or underlying medical conditions. If left untreated, it can worsen over time and affect overall mobility and quality of life.

  • Bursitis or tendonitis – Inflammation of surrounding tissues
  • Gout – Build-up of uric acid crystals in joints
  • Infections – Viral or bacterial infections affecting joints
  • Obesity – Excess weight putting pressure on joints like knees and hips
